                    Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a corporate body of DRDO with an Independent Chairman and Director as its Administrative Head. It’s a premier centre of DRDO, formerly established as Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) in November 1995 to cater for the DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO.

DRDO CEPTAM MTS EXAM PATTERN:

The exam will be held in two tiers. Both the tier I and tier II  will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The Score of tier I may be normalised as per the requirement. Both tier will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions only. There will be no negative marks. The medium for examination will be Hindi and English.
Tier I examination is for screening, and Tier II is for final selection.
